Role: LEAD PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS

Owned budget and vendor management for Baby Shark’s Big Movie, one of Nickelodeon’s first animated films to debut directly on Paramount+. I oversaw multimillion-dollar allocations and deliverables across marketing and creative lines of business. This included negotiating SOWs for trailers, choreography, and custom animation, producing a global dance challenge with TikTok’s Cost & Mayor, and managing the Enhypen music video production with integrated animation. I also coordinated social activations with talent such as Ashley Tisdale and worked with Pinkfong to align creative across global markets.

The campaign generated viral engagement through music, dance, and digital activations, reinforced brand consistency worldwide, and positioned Paramount+ as a leader in family streaming content.
