Role: PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS

Led budget management and vendor partnerships for the Dora Global Relaunch, a campaign requiring 100+ deliverables spanning trailers, animation, music, key art, and social content across Paramount’s international markets. I created and managed the multi-channel budget, oversaw rights and clearances, and negotiated SOWs with vendors to ensure resources were allocated efficiently. I also coordinated a custom song and supervised VO recordings for Latin American and Portuguese markets, tailoring creative for global audiences.

The campaign launched on time and within budget, with assets delivered consistently across domestic and international markets. My leadership in budget oversight, vendor negotiations, and rights management ensured smooth execution and a successful global relaunch.
