Design & Renovation

370 is my ongoing design and build project where I am serving as both designer and general contractor. I developed the full architectural plans for the renovation of a historic townhouse and am now sourcing materials and managing the permitting and approvals process with the local historic village. The renovation reimagines the home’s flow, light, and functionality while honoring its original character. As the project progresses, I will document the process through mood boards, room concepts, and construction updates to capture the full transformation from design through build.
