For Blue’s Clues Big City Adventure, one of Nickelodeon’s first direct-to-streaming animated films on Paramount+, the challenge was to honor the show’s legacy while exciting a new generation. The campaign blended live action, animation, and a robust social strategy to deliver a cohesive launch across platforms.
As budget lead, I managed the multimillion-dollar creative marketing budget and negotiated vendor SOWs across every stage of production, including logo design, key art from concept through talent shoots and post, trailer editorial, VO, music clearance, GFX, and custom animation. I also oversaw social deliverables such as character posters, video content, and maker collaborations that amplified reach and engagement.
The campaign balanced nostalgia with fresh creative, positioning Blue’s Clues Big City Adventure as a milestone Paramount+ release that launched on time, within budget, and with a strong streaming-first impact.
